伴非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症患者自我表露需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解伴非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症患者自我表露需求,为采取有效的干预措施提供依据。方法对云南省昆明市某精神病专科医院12名伴非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症住院患者进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行转录,比较分析、归纳资料并生成主题。结果提炼出非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症患者自我表露需求的3个主题:一是自我表露前的需求,包括渴望了解到疾病相关知识,渴望表露对象为父母、朋友、老师,希望能在私密、安静安全的环境中自我表露;二是自我表露时的需求,包括渴望得到表露对象的耐心倾听、尊重和理解;三是自我表露后的需求,包括渴望得到暴露对象的积极回应、情感支持,以及医护人员的专业指导。结论伴非自杀性自伤青少年抑郁症患者自我表露需求是多方面的,医护人员及相关部门应加以重视,提供具有针对性的支持。Objective To understand the self-disclosure needs of adolescents with depression accompanied by non-suicidal self-injury and to provide evidence for effective intervention measures.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 12 inpatients with non-suicidal self-injury in a psychiatric hospital in Kunming,Yunnan province.Colaizzi analysis was used to transcribe the interview data,compare and analyze,summarize the data and generate the theme.Results Three themes of self-disclosure needs of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury were extracted:first,pre-disclosure needs,including the desire to know disease-related knowledge,the desire to disclose to parents,friends and teachers,and the desire to disclose themselves in a private,quiet and safe environment.The second is the need of self-disclosure,including the desire to get the patient listening,respect and understanding of the disclosure object.The third is the needs after self-disclosure,including the desire to get a positive response from the exposed object,emotional support,and professional guidance from the medical staff.Conclusion The self-disclosure needs of adolescents with depression associated with non-suicidal NSSI are multifaceted,and medical staff and related departments should pay attention to them and provide targeted support.
