摘 要:目的探讨专业学位研究生的创业胜任力影响其创业意向的作用机制,特别是创业教育参与度的中介作用和主观规范的调节作用。方法采用随机抽样的方法,使用创业胜任力量表、创业教育参与度量表、创业意向量表和主观规范量表于2023年对山东各高校1218名专业学位研究生进行调查。结果各变量之间均存在显著正相关(P<0.05);创业胜任力对创业意向的直接影响显著(P<0.01);主观规范在创业胜任力影响创业意向的简单调节作用不显著(P>0.05);创业教育参与度在创业胜任力影响创业意向的部分中介效应显著(P<0.05);主观规范对创业教育参与度的中介作用的调节效应显著(P<0.01)。结论专业学位研究的创业胜任力既可以直接影响其创业意向,又可以通过创业教育参与度的中介作用和主观规范的调节作用影响其创业意向。Objective To explore the mechanism by which entrepreneurial competence of professional degree postgraduates influences their entrepreneurial intention,with a particular focus on the mediating role of entrepreneurial education involvement and the moderating role of subjective norms.Methods Using a random sampling method,a survey was conducted in 2023 on 1218 professional degree postgraduates from various universities in Shandong,employing the entrepreneurial competence scale,entrepreneurial education involvement scale,entrepreneurial intention scale,and subjective norms scale.Results There are significant positive correlations among all variables(P<0.05);the direct impact of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial intention is significant(P<0.01);the simple moderating effect of subjective norms on the influence of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial intention is not significant(P>0.05);the partial mediating effect of entrepreneurial education involvement on the influence of entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial intention is significant(P<0.05);and the moderating effect of subjective norms on the mediating role of entrepreneurial education involvement is significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The entrepreneurial competence of professional degree research can directly influence their entrepreneurial intention,and it can also affect their entrepreneurial intention through the mediating role of entrepreneurial education involvement and the moderating role of subjective norms.
