摘 要:目的考察高职学生自我接纳对抑郁的影响,以及情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用。方法本研究采用随机抽样的方法,采用流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和情绪调节自我效能感量表(RES),于2023年12月对浙江省绍兴市521名高职学生进行抽样调查。结果(1)高职学生的抑郁情绪与其自我接纳及情绪调节自我效能感均呈显著负相关(P<0.001),自我接纳和情绪调节效能感呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。(2)高职学生的情绪调节自我效能感部分中介于自我接纳与抑郁,中介效应占比为38.14%。结论自我接纳不仅能直接影响高职学生的抑郁,还能通过情绪调节自我效能感间接影响高职学生的抑郁。Objective To investigate the effect of self-acceptance on depression among students in higher vocational college,while also exploring the mediating role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy.Methods This study adopted a random sampling method and used the the center for epidemiological studies depression scale(CES-D),self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ),and regulatory emotional self-efficacy(RES)to conduct a sampling survey of 521 vocational college students in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province in December 2023.Results(1)There was a significant negative correlation between depression and self-acceptance and regulatory emotional self-efficacy(P<0.001),self-acceptance showed a notable positive correlation with regulatory emotional self-efficacy at the same level of significance(P<0.001).(2)The regulatory emotional self-efficacy played a partial mediating role between self-acceptance and depression among vocational college students,and the mediating effect accounted for 38.14%.Conclusion Self-acceptance influences depression both directly and indirectly,with the latter pathway mediated by emotional regulation self-efficacy.
