硫必利联合心理治疗在抽动症患者中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨硫必利联合心理治疗在抽动症患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2023年2月~2024年4月收治的抽动症患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用硫必利治疗,观察组在硫必利治疗的基础上联合心理治疗,评估两种治疗方案的治疗效果,并对两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、抽动症严重程度、生活质量(SF-36)进行统计学分析。结果治疗前,两组各项指标评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的各项指标均有显著改善,且观察组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、BPRS评分均低于对照组,MMSE评分及SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,抽动症严重程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫必利联合心理治疗在抽动症患者的临床治疗中效果显著,能更有效地改善患者的精神状态和认知状态,减轻患者的抽动症严重程度,提高患者的生活质量,患者接受度高。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of tiapride combined with psychotherapy in patients with tourette syndrome.Methods 90 patients with tourette syndrome admitted from February 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiapride,and the observation group was treated with tiapride combined with psychotherapy to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two treatment schemes.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score,tic disorder severity,the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the HAMA scores,HAMD scores and BPRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the MMSE scores and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the control group,and the tic syndrome severity scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiapride combined with psychotherapy is effective in the clinical treatment of patients with tourette syndrome,which can effectively improve the mental state and cognitive state of patients,reduce the severity of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and is highly accepted by patients.
