摘 要:目的分析叙事护理对青少年精神障碍患者精神症状及心理状态的影响。方法选取2023年4月~2024年4月期间收治的118例青少年精神障碍患者,按照随机数字表法平均分配为59例常规组(采取常规护理)和59例叙事护理组(采取叙事护理)。比较两组干预前后患者精神症状,心理状态,认知功能及社会功能。结果干预后,两组阳性、阴性和一般精神病理症状评分均较干预前降低(P>0.05),叙事护理组阴性和一般精神病理症状评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05),阳性症状无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组心理状态评分各维度均较干预前降低(P<0.05),叙事护理组心理状态评分各维度显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组认知功能评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),叙事护理组认知功能评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组社会功能评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),叙事护理组社会功能评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能有效改善青少年精神障碍患者精神症状及心理状态,并提高认知和社会功能。Objective To delineate the impact of narrative nursing on the psychiatric symptoms and psychological state of adolescents with mental disorders.Methods A total of 118 adolescent patients with mental disorders admitted between April 2023 and April 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine care)and a narrative care group(receiving narrative care)using a random number table method.Compare the mental symptoms,psychological status,cognitive function,and social function of two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of positive,negative,and general psychopathological symptoms in both groups decreased compared to before intervention(P>0.05).The negative and general psychopathological symptom scores in the narrative nursing group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in positive symptoms(P>0.05).After intervention,the psychological state scores of both groups decreased in all dimensions compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the psychological state scores of the narrative nursing group were significantly lower in all dimensions than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the cognitive function scores of both groups increased compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the narrative nursing group had significantly higher cognitive function scores than the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social function scores of both groups decreased compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the social function scores of the narrative nursing group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing can effectively improve the mental symptoms and psychological state of adolescent patients with mental disorders,and enhance cognitive and social functions.
