摘  要:青少年抑郁症已成为全球性公共健康问题,严重影响青少年的生活质量和心理发展。目前主要治疗方法包括药物治疗、心理治疗等干预,但因药物不良反应大,心理治疗依从性低,很多患者不能坚持。青少年正处于语言表达能力尚未成熟的阶段,心理健康问题如果得不到及时有效的干预,不仅会影响其学业和社会功能,还可能导致其成年后的心理问题。绘画疗法是一种非语言的新型心理治疗方式,具有不良反应少、接受度高、可视化情感表达等优势,在青少年群体的应用潜力得到了广泛的认可。但绘画疗法在不同的形式、主题、联合其他疗法对青少年抑郁症的效果各有差异。通过总结已有的实证研究,本文将探讨绘画疗法在青少年群体中的具体疗效,同时探讨如何更广泛地将其应用于抑郁症的预防和治疗中。Adolescent depression has become a global public health issue,significantly impacting the quality of life and psychological development of young individuals.Current primary treatments include pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy interventions;however,due to substantial side effects from medications and low adherence to psychotherapy,many patients struggle to maintain treatment.Adolescents,whose verbal expression skills are still developing,may face long-term academic and social impairments and even adult psychological issues if mental health challenges are not promptly and effectively addressed.Art therapy,a novel non-verbal psychotherapeutic approach,offers advantages such as minimal side effects,high acceptance,and visual emotional expression.Its potential application in adolescent populations has gained widespread recognition.Nonetheless,the effects of art therapy vary based on different formats,themes,and combinations with other treatments.By summarizing existing empirical research,this paper explores the specific therapeutic effects of art therapy on adolescents and discusses ways to broaden its application in the prevention and treatment of depression.
