摘 要:目的为客观评价特别配置的烤制饲料和常规饲料对制备幼龄大鼠厌食模型的影响,以寻找效果明显且简便经济的幼龄大鼠厌食模型造模方法。方法2023年4月23日—5月9日选取30只无特定病原体(specific pathogen free,SPF)级Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠,适应性喂养3d后随机分为普通饲料喂养组10只、常规特配饲料喂养组10只、烤制特配饲料喂养组10只,共喂养11d。对3种饲料的成分占比进行分析,观察大鼠一般情况、摄食量、体质量等变化,数据采用均数±标准差(x±s)表示,组间比较采用单因素方差分析。结果饲料成分检测显示,特配的烤制饲料较常规饲料粗蛋白、粗脂肪、碳水化合物含量更高,粗纤维和含水量明显降低。与普通饲料喂养组相比,烤制特配饲料喂养组大鼠于第3d达到造模标准,摄食量(F=69.581,P<0.05)和体质量(F=45.622,P<0.05)减少率分别保持在45%和15%以上,造模期间各项指标波动小;与普通饲料喂养组相比,常规特配饲料喂养组大鼠于第9d达到造模标准,摄食量(F=80.668,P<0.05)和体质量(F=129.531,P<0.05)减少率分别保持在40%和15%以上,造模期间各项指标波动较大。结论相比使用常规特配饲料造模,使用烤制特配饲料喂养的大鼠摄食量和体质量的变化更加稳定,造模达标速度更快,成功率高,造模效果更好。Objective To objectively evaluate the effects of specially formulated baked feed and conventional feed for establishing anorexia models in young rats,and to find a simple and economical with significant effects method for establishing anorexia models in young rats.Methods From April 23 to May 9,2023,30 specific pathogen-free(SPF)Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were selected and randomly divided into a normal feed feeding group of 10 rats,a conventional special feed feeding group of 10 rats,and a baked special feed feeding group of 10 rats,after adaptive for 3 days,and fed for a total of 11 days.The composition ratio of the three feeds was analyzed,and the general condition,food intake,body mass,and other changes of the rats were observed.The data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±s),and the one-way analysis of variance was used for comparisons between groups.Results The feed composition test showed that compared with the conventional feed,the specially formulated baked feed had higher crude protein,crude fat and carbohydrate contents,and significantly lower crude fiber and water content.Compared with the normal feed feeding group,the rats in the baked special feed feeding group reached the modeling standard on the 3rd day,and the reduction rates of food intake(F=69.581,P<0.05)and body mass(F=45.622,P<0.05)remained above 45%and 15%,respectively,with little fluctuation of the indexes during the modeling period.Compared with the normal feed feeding group,the rats in the conventional special feed feeding group reached the modeling standard on the 9th day,and the reduction rates of food intake(F=80.668,P<0.05)and body mass(F=129.531,P<0.05)remained above 40%and 15%,respectively,with relatively large fluctuation of the indexes during the modeling period.Conclusion Compared with modeling using conventional special feed,the changes in food intake and body mass of rats fed with baked special feed are more stable,the speed of reaching the standard of modeling is faster,the success rate is higher,and the effect of modeli
