摘 要:区块链技术以其具有的信息透明性、数据防篡改性、点对点价值传输、智能合约等特性,为解决供应链痛点、提升供应链绩效提供了新的技术手段。但目前对区块链技术应用与供应链绩效之间关系的实证研究较少。基于资源基础观和交易成本理论,探讨区块链技术应用对供应链绩效的影响,考察供应链流程整合的中介作用以及供应链复杂性的调节作用。利用438家样本企业的问卷数据进行直接效应、中介效应和调节效应检验。研究结果表明:(1)区块链技术应用对供应链绩效有显著正向影响。区块链技术四大特性能有效破解供应链绩效提升的瓶颈问题。(2)供应链流程整合在区块链技术应用与供应链绩效之间起部分中介作用。区块链技术提升了信息流的安全性和透明性,加速了物流流通效率,促进了资金流融通,实现了供应链上信息流、物流和资金流的整合;而信息流整合促进信息共享,提升了供应链成员应对市场环境变化的能力,使供应链决策更加科学有效;物流整合降低了生产成本,提高了供应链上企业获取订单和响应客户需求的能力,使供应链上产品和服务的质量大大提升;资金流整合则实现了供应链上企业应收账款和应付账款流程的自动化,打通了资金流障碍,提高了资金周转率。(3)供应链复杂性在区块链技术应用通过供应链流程整合对供应链绩效的影响中起正向调节作用。在复杂的供应链系统中,供应链流程整合表现出的绩效提升效果更显著。因此,复杂供应链更需运用区块链技术来整合信息流、物流和资金流,以提升供应链绩效。研究结论从流程整合视角揭示了区块链技术应用对供应链绩效的影响机理,为推进区块链技术应用落地和提升供应链绩效提供了理论参考和实践指导。基于以上发现,建议企业在应用区块链技术进行供应链变革时,进行信息�Blockchain technology,with its characteristics of information transparency,data immutability,peer-to-peer value transmission,and smart contract,provides a new technical means to solve the“pain points”of the supply chain and improve the supply chain performance.However,there are currently few empirical studies on the relationship between blockchain technology application and supply chain performance.Based on resource-based view and transaction cost theory,this study explores the impact of blockchain technology application on supply chain performance and examines the mediating role of supply chain process integration as well as the moderating role of supply chain complexity.This study conducts the tests of direct effect,mediating effect and moderating effect using data from a survey of 438 sample companies.The major results are as follows:First,blockchain technology application has a significant positive impact on supply chain performance.The four major characteristics of blockchain technology can effectively eliminate the bottleneck in improving supply chain performance.Second,supply chain process integration plays a partial mediating role between blockchain technology application and supply chain performance.Blockchain technology application enhances the security and transparency of information flow,accelerates the logistics efficiency,promotes the circulation of financial flow,and thus realizes the integration of information flow,physical flow and financial flow in the supply chain.Information flow integration promotes information sharing,which improves the ability of supply chain members to respond to changes in the market environment and makes supply chain decisions more scientific and effective.Physical flow integration reduces production costs,improves the ability of supply chain enterprises to obtain orders and respond to customer demand,and thus significantly improves the quality of products and services in the supply chain.Financial flow integration realizes the automation of accounts receivable and p
