摘　　要：非物质文化遗产保护深植于文化的本质特征,在创新的驱动下与旅游发展形成了内在的多样性、文化互生和可持续性联系。行动者网络理论的视角揭示了非物质文化遗产与旅游发展间的复杂互动,以及众多行动者在网络建构中的关键角色和作用。土默特左旗的案例具体展现了两者的相互联结,以及行动者在资源利用、策略实施和互补合作等方面如何通过问题化、利益相关化、招募和动员等转译过程实现目标协调。非物质文化遗产保护与旅游发展行动者网络需以政府主导为保障,在传承人参与和资源永续的基础上,以内生外延的双轮驱动为途径不断扩张网络,还应展现出对时代转型的适应性,主动融入新的潮流,以确保非物质文化遗产的传承活力与旅游经济的增长能够在动态平衡中实现共生。Safeguarding intangible cultural heritage is deeply rooted in the essential characteristics of culture.Driven by innovation,safeguarding intangible cultural heritage forms an intrinsic connection with the development of tourism,including diversity,cultural mutuality and sustainability.The perspective of actor-network theory reveals the complex interaction between intangible cultural heritage and the tourism development,as well as the key roles and functions of many actors in network building.The case of Tumed Left Banner specifically demonstrates the interconnection and how the actors achieve goal coordination in terms of resource utilization,strategy implementation,and complementary cooperation through the translation process of problemization,stakeholtedness,recruitment,and mobilization.Actor-network for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and the tourism development should be guaranteed by the government.On the basis of the participation of bearers and the sustainability of resources,the network should continue to expand through both endogenous and exogenous effort.It should also show adaptability to the transformation of the Times and actively integrate into the new trend to ensure the inheritance vitality of intangible cultural heritage and the growth of tourism economy can achieve symbiosis in a dynamic balance.
