摘　　要：随着家庭规模小型化、人口老龄化、城市双薪家庭普及化以及新一代父母育儿观念的改变,婴幼儿托育服务需求快速增长。构建0~3岁婴幼儿托育服务体系是缓解家庭养育矛盾的有效方式之一,数字技术的创新与应用为智慧托育服务体系的构建提供了丰富的新技术和新方法。为实现托育服务的多样性、普惠性、安全性和便捷性,本文提出通过准确把握智慧托育理念的核心要点,推动形成政府主导、多方协作的智慧化服务格局,注重信息技术应用、建设数字化信息平台等措施推动智慧托育服务体系的构建。With the miniaturization of family size and the aging of population,the popularization of working families in cities and the change of parenting concept of the new generation of parents,the demand for infant care services has grown rapidly The construction of 0-3-year-old infant care service system is one of the effective ways to alleviate the contradiction of family parenting.The innovation and application of digital technology provides abundant new technologies for the construction of intelligent care service system In order to realize the diversity,inclusiveness,security and convenience of childcare services,this paper proposes to promote the construction of intelligent childcare service system by accurately grasping the core points of the concept of intelligent childcare,promoting the formation of intelligent service pattern leading multi-party cooperation,paying attention to the application of information technology and building digital information platforms.
