摘　　要：随着财务共享中心业务的快速发展,国际标准化组织(ISO)质量管理体系建设逐渐成为热点。分析财务共享中心建立ISO质量管理体系的背景和意义,提出基本建设思路和全业务流程建设架构。针对实践问题展开探讨:引入六西格玛等管理理念;根据组织目标和流程的运营管理模式变化,科学调整质量目标和方法;利用标准化、智能化建设,铸牢质量管理基础;加强信息安全管理,确保信息资产的保密性、完整性和可用性;同步建设质量与合规管理体系,保证合法合规经营。以期为建立健全具有较强约束力的文件管理体系提供借鉴和参考,促使质量管理工作及其影响因素可控受控。With the rapid business development of financial shared services,constructing International Organization for Standardization(ISO)quality management systems has gradually become a focus.Analyzing the background and significance of establishing ISO quality management systems in financial shared services centers,this paper puts forward basic ideas and structures of the whole business process for construction.In response to practical problems,this paper conducts discussions:introducing management concepts such as Six Sigma;scientifically adjusting the quality objectives and methods according to the changes in the operation and management modes of organizations'objectives and processes;making use of standardization and intelligent construction to cast a firm foundation for quality management;strengthening information security management to ensure the confidentiality,integrity,and availability of information assets;and carrying out a synchronous construction of quality and compliance management systems to ensure leagal compliance.The aim is to provide references and inspirations for establishing sound document management systems with a strong binding force,to make the quality management work and its influencing factors under control.
