科威特代理制与中资企业属地化经营关系研究

摘　　要：中资企业参与国际化经营是“一带一路”的重要一环,中资企业在不同国家需采取不同经营策略。在全球一体化日益发展的今天,为更好在海外市场发展,中资企业应立足海外市场,融入当地社会和经济环境,因此,属地化经营已成为很多中资企业的选择。科威特是处于市场经济转型中的国家,很多在中国经济社会习以为常的制度和模式还未被科威特完全接受。代理制是具有科威特特点的法律和商业制度,也是很多中资企业涉足科威特市场的基础,但其内在缺陷给中资企业属地化经营带来了一定风险。文章将分析科威特代理制下中资企业属地化投资经营的现实问题,并给出相关应对建议。The participation of Chinese enterprises in international business is an important part of the"Belt and Road",where Chinese enterprises need to adopt different business strategies in different countries.Today,global integration has increasingly evolved,in order to better develop in overseas markets,Chinese enterprises should base themselves in overseas markets and integrate into local society and economy.Therefore,localized operation has become the choice of many Chinese enterprises.Kuwait is a country in transition to a market economy,having not yet fully accepted many of the systems and models that are commonplace in China.The agency system is a legal and commercial system with Kuwaiti characteristics,and it is also the basis for many Chinese enterprises to enter the Kuwaiti market,but its inherent defects would bring certain risks to the localized operation of Chinese enterprises.This paper will analyze the problems amid Chinese enterprises'localized investment and operation under the agency system in Kuwait,and give relevant suggestions.
