摘  要:近年来,随着各类教育考试考生人数逐年上涨,考试招生面临的信访咨询压力也越来越大,投入的人力物力等成本也随之增加。为更好地满足考生、家长和社会对于考试招生的各类信访需求,四川省教育考试院引入以人工智能(AI)为主的现代化技术,构建专业化的网络信访管理集约平台,并在2023年普通高考招生录取阶段开展试点。本文探讨四川省国家教育考试网络信访现状,分析人工智能(AI)在教育考试网络信访方面的功能与优势,以及在四川省普通高校招生考试信访管理中的实际运用情况,提出完善网络信访工作的路径与思考,以期为其他教育考试提供有益参考。In recent years,as the number of candidates in all kinds of exam has rocketed,the pressure on the public complaints system has also intensified,so as to the costs on Human Resources and materials.In order to meet the demand of candidates and parents in these aspects,Sichuan Provincial Education Examination Institute adopted Artificial Intelligence,established an intensive online platform for public complaints and carried out trials during the enrollment process of 2023 National College Entrance Examination.This paper discusses the current situation of online public complaints in Sichuan Province,analyzes the functions and advantages of Artificial Intelligence(AI)in online complaining for educational examinations,and the practical application in the management of complaints in National College Entrance Examination in Sichuan Province,and puts forward the path and thinking of improving online complaining.Hope all these can provide useful reference for other educational examinations.
