摘 要:高职学生双创能力评价指标体系的构建内涵是通过建立以信息化和大数据为基础,以全域育人理念、启智增慧、以技引智的新理念,从我省多校双创政策的视角,把握“使然”状态与开展专题比较研究;指标研制以“广谱式”为基础,通过“模块化”设计满足多种需求;以数据驱动创新方法技术,实现评价工具与评测体系的系统化集成;按多主体实施的公共治理思路,构建学生双创能力监测与评价体系。运用因子载荷量分析方法提取创业知识素养、人格特质素养、机会识别能力、组织协调能力、创新思维能力5个主因子,对我省6所高职院校学生创业能力进行监测与评价,针对性提出对策建议,以期为我省高职院校学生双创能力评价监测提质增效提供参考。The connotation of the construction of the Evaluation Index System of the students'creative ability in higher vocational colleges is to set up a new concept based on the informationization and big data,to educate people in an all-round way,to enlighten and increase wisdom,and to guide wisdom by technology,from the multi-perspective of the policy of innovation and innovation of our province and university,we grasp the status of“Make-to-be”and carry out the comparative study of special topics,and realize the systematic integration of evaluation tools and evaluation system with the technology of data-driven innovation According to the multi-subject implementation of public governance thinking,the construction of students'dual-innovation ability monitoring and evaluation system.In this paper,factor load analysis method is used to extract five main factors,such as entrepreneurial knowledge literacy,personality quality literacy,opportunity recognition ability,organizational coordination ability,innovative thinking ability,etc.,to monitor and evaluate the entrepreneurial ability of students in 6higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province.The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the evaluation and monitoring of the students'double-innovation ability in higher vocational colleges.
