医教考协同视域下执业医师资格考试成绩评价研究

摘  要:通过对四川某医学院校国家执业医师资格考试第二阶段考试成绩(执医考试、临床医学、医学人文、预防医学四个单元成绩以及所含学科成绩)的分析,本文研究探讨不同专业毕业生的第二阶段考试成绩差异,分析差异产生的原因,进而针对性提出改进的策略,以期为医学院校人才培养和住院医师规范化培训提供实践支撑和改革思路,为医教考协同下医学教育教学改革提供重要参考。Through the analysis of the results of the second stage of the national qualification examination for medical practitioners in a medical college in Sichuan,this paper provides an important reference for the reform of medical education and teaching under the cooperation of medical education and examination.Compare the results of medical examination,the scores of four units and the scores of subjects among graduates of different majors,and analyze the reasons.Conclusion:The medical examination paper has high reliability and validity,suitable degree of difficulty and good degree of distinction.In the examination organization,the syllabus should be updated in time to ensure that the examination content is synchronized with the reform of medical education;to strengthen practical skills,to improve students'clinical operation ability and diagnosis and treatment skills through clinical skills competitions;and to optimize the examination structure.the latest medical research results,public health knowledge,laws and regulations should be integrated into the examination to promote the sustainable development of doctors.
