教育数字化转型中在线考试的实践初探——以天津市为例

摘　　要：当前我国正处于数字化转型时期,同时开始建设全民终身学习型社会。考试作为教育中的一个关键节点,在线考试的实践对教育数字化转型和建设全民终身学习型社会都有着重大意义。传统的组考模式对考试的时间、空间都有一定限制,当遇到突发情况时应变能力有限,很难达到“应考尽考、不落一人”。以天津市普通高考英语口语和高等教育自学考试外语类专业口语、口译实践课程考试为例,建设云网融合的在线考试平台,采取“集中+居家”组合的形式进行考试,可以有效应对因突发事件造成的组考问题。云网融合的形式使在线考试更加安全可靠且满足高并发,可以应用在大规模的国家级教育考试中;在线监考和人工智能评卷功能可应用于其他在线考试,利于推进教育考试的数字化转型,对建设全民终身学习型社会和形成教育考试发展新业态都有着巨大的积极作用。At present,China is in a period of digital transformation,while starting to build a lifelong learning society for all people.As a key node in education,the practice of online examinations is of great significance to both.The traditional mode of organizing exams has certain restrictions on time and space,and limited ability to respond when unexpected situations are encountered,making it difficult to achieve“no one left behind in the exam”.Take spoken English in the general college entrance examination and the practical courses of spoken English and interpretation in foreign languages in the higher education self-learning examination in Tianjin as an example,the online examination is conducted through the integration of cloud and internet,and the examination is carried out in the form of a combination of“centralization+home”,cloud-network convergence makes online examinations more secure and reliable and meets high capacity,which can be applied in large-scale national education examinations.Online proctoring and artificial intelligence marking functions can be applied to other online examinations,which strongly promotes the digital transformation of education and has a positive effect on building a lifelong learning society for all people and forming a new industry of examination development.
