摘 要:绿色航空作为航空发展的新方向,新能源电动飞机应运而生。飞机安全带结构的耐撞设计与认证对航空安全以及机组人员和乘客是至关重要。本文以国内某型电动飞机为基础,对其适坠性进行研究。由于该机的座椅以及安全带约束系空间有限,大型缓冲装置无法安装,因此设计了一种占用空间小且具有良好缓冲性能的涡型吸能装置,旨在提高人员在应急着陆过程中的安全性。通过对涡型吸能装置理论分析及动态拉伸试验分析、座舱应急着陆水平工况数值仿真分析及滑车实验验证,结果表明:涡型吸能装置具有良好的缓冲性能并且显著降低乘员肩带载荷与头部损伤判据(HIC)与此同时完成该型飞机完成适航验证。Green aviation as a new direction of aviation development,new energy electric aircrafts have emerged.The crashworthiness design and certification of aircraft seatbelt structures are crucial to aviation safety as well as crew and passengers.This paper takes a certain type of domestic electric aircraft as the basis to study its crashworthiness.Since the seat and seatbelt restraint system of this aircraft have limited space,large buffer devices cannot be installed,so a vortex-type energy-absorbing device that occupies little space and has good buffer performance is designed,aiming to improve the safety of personnel in the process of emergency landing.Through the theoretical analysis and dynamic tensile test analysis of the vortex-type energy-absorbing device,the numerical simulation analysis of the cockpit emergency landing level working conditions and the skidding experiment verification,the results show that the vortex-type energy-absorbing device has a good buffering performance and significantly reduces the occupant's shoulder belt load and the Head Injury Criterion(HIC),and at the same time,completes the aircraft to complete the airworthiness verification.
