摘　　要：近年以来,国家通过“管住源头、治理终端”等政策开展成品油市场治理,各省区政府部门同步开展打击“自流黑”、加油站偷逃税、伪劣新能源等涉油违法违规行为,利用人工排查、技术创新等手段强化对成品油行业终端加油站“进销存”数据的监管,创新应用“智慧加油站综合服务平台”,通过对加油站进、销、存各项数据源头掌控,保障加油站销售的油品质量、油品数量、税收缴纳、安全管理等方面实时可控。In recent years,the state has carried out the management of the refined oil market through policies such as“controlling the source and controlling the terminal”,and provincial and regional government departments have simultaneously cracked down on oil-related violations such as“natural flow black”,gas station tax evasion,and shoddy new energy,and strengthened the supervision of the“purchase,sale and storage”data of terminal gas stations in the refined oil industry by means of manual investigation and technological innovation.The innovative application of the“intelligent gas station integrated service platform”ensures the real-time control of the quality,quantity,tax payment,safety management and other aspects of the oil sold by the gas station through the control of the source of the data of the gas station's purchase,sale and storage.
