摘  要:在成品油分析检测过程中,经常会需要使用温度计进行温度测量,以得到分析结果。但在使用过程中,传统的玻璃温度计存在读数困难、容易破损、保存环境要求高等问题,会导致分析结果出现偏差。因此,本文介绍了一种能够替代传统玻璃温度计进行柴油冷滤点和凝点分析的低温温度传感器。展示了该温度传感器型号数据以及使用方法、优缺点、产品优化等内容。并对高精度低温温度传感器在重复性、准确性、实用性及数值溯源4个方面进行了效果验证,确认此类传感器能够取代玻璃温度计,在油品低温分析中进行实际应用。In the process of oil analysis and testing,it is often necessary to utilize a thermometer for temperature measurement in order to obtain precise analysis results.However,traditional glass thermometers present challenges such as poor readability,susceptibility to damage,and strict environmental storage requirements,which can result in deviations in the analysis outcomes.Therefore,this paper introduces a low-temperature sensor that can effectively replace the conventional glass thermometer for analyzing diesel cold filter point and freezing point.The model data,usage method,advantages and disadvantages,as well as product optimization of this temperature sensor are presented.The effectiveness of this high-precision low-temperature sensor is verified across four aspects:repeatability,accuracy,practicality,and numerical traceability.It has been confirmed that this type of sensor can successfully substitute the glass thermometer for use in low-temperature oil analysis.
