摘　　要：ChatGPT等生成式人工智能的出现打破了公众获取信息的渠道壁垒,但基于大规模数据库和预训练形成的生成式人工智能认知大模型,预设的政治立场、价值倾向、文化差异等不可避免地带着自由主义、民粹主义等思潮,不可避免地存在着价值观的差异和误导,从而成为影响各国意识形态特别是高校意识形态安全的重要变量。对此,应通过加强党对高校意识形态安全工作的全面领导,增进对高校生成式人工智能的技术规训,营造高校利用生成式人工智能的优质生态等策略,有效规避生成式人工智能带来的多重风险。Although the emergence of generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT has broken down thebarriers to information channels for the public,the cognitive models of generative artificial intelligence basedon large-scale databases and pre-training inevitably carry liberal,populist and other ideological trends withpreset political positions,value orientations,cultural differences,etc.There are inevitably differences andmisleading values,which have become important variables affecting the ideological security of various countries,especially colleges and universities.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive leadership ofthe Party over ideological security work in universities,enhance the technical training of generative artificialintelligence in universities,create a high-quality ecosystem for universities to use generative artificial intelligence,and effectively avoid the multiple risks brought by generative artificial intelligence.
