摘 要:输电线路巡检是保障电网安全稳定运行的重要手段。随着输电线路规模的日益增加,传统单一巡检模式下的人工巡视或无人机巡检存在的巡检效率低、巡检漏点(盲区)多、缺陷发现不及时等问题正在日益凸显。以地面人工巡检、半高空集中监控、高空无人机巡检为技术手段,提出了一种可用于架空输电线路三维立体影像巡检的方案,该方案可从地面、半高空、高空3个维度对输电线路杆塔本体、附属设施、导线、地线、通道环境实现全方位影像数据采集。通过现场实践应用论证了该方案的可行性和高效性。Transmission line inspection is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.With the scale of transmission lines increasing,the shortcomings of manual inspection or UAV inspection in the traditional single inspection mode,such as low inspection efficiency,multiple inspection leakage points(blind spots),and delayed defect discovery,are becoming increasingly prominent.With ground manual inspection,semi-high altitude centralized monitoring and high-altitude UAV inspection as technical means,a three-dimensional image inspection scheme for overhead transmission lines is proposed,which can realize allround image data acquisition of transmission line tower body,auxiliary facilities,conducting wires,ground wires and channel environment from three dimensions:ground,semi-high altitude and high altitude.The feasibility and high efficiency of the scheme are proved by on-site practical application.
