摘　　要：目的:探讨鼓圈治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法:随机抽取72例患者分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。2组患者均接受精神科常规药物治疗,观察组另接受鼓圈治疗,每周3次,每次40 min,均观察12周。采用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、康复状态量表(MRSS)进行治疗前后评定。结果:治疗前2组患者各量表得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的PANSS总分、阴性量表得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRSS总分及各因子得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼓圈治疗能改善康复期精神分裂症患者的症状、提高活动能力与交往能力。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of drum circle therapy on patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods:A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n=36)and control group(n=36).Both groups received conventional psychiatric drug treatment,and the intervention group received drum circle treatment,three times a week for 40 minutes each time,for 12 weeks.The patients with positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and,Morningside rehabilitation status scale(MRSS)before and after treatment were evaluted.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of each scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 weeks,the total score of Panss and the score of negative scale in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of MRSS and the scores of each factor were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Drum circle therapy can improve the symptoms of convalescent schizophrenic patients,improve the ability of activity and communication.
