新质生产力发展与信息资源管理学科建设的二元互惠机制研究

摘　　要：随着新质生产力概念的提出,如何更精准地契合新质生产力环境、服务国家社会需求、把握学科发展机遇,已成为信息资源管理学科建设的重要课题。文章首先梳理了新质生产力与信息资源管理学科的关系,接着分别探讨了新质生产力发展推动信息资源管理学科建设和信息资源管理学科建设赋能新质生产力发展的具体过程,最后提出了信息资源管理学科建设的主要路径。研究表明:新质生产力发展与信息资源管理学科建设之间呈现显著的二元互惠关系。新型劳动对象的涌现、新型劳动工具的革新、新型基础设施的完善及新型劳动者的崛起均能推动信息资源管理学科的学科建设,而信息资源管理学科的科学研究、技术创新、产业升级、人才培养等学科建设同样能够赋能新质生产力发展。因此,新质生产力发展视角下,信息资源管理学科建设应以科学研究为基础、技术创新为核心、产业升级为关键、人才培养为重点。参考文献51。With the introduction of the concept of new quality productive forces(NQPF),how to more accurately fit the environment of NQPF,serve the national social needs,and grasp the opportunities for the development of the discipline has become an important topic for the construction of the discipline of information resources management(IRM).The article firstly organized the relationship between the NQPF and IRM,then discussed the specific process of the development of NQPF to promote the construction of the discipline of IRM and the construction of the discipline of IRM to empower the development of NQPF,and finally put forward the main path of the construction of the discipline of IRM.The study shows that there is a significant binary reciprocal relationship between the development of NQPF and the construction of IRM discipline.The emergence of new labor objects,the innovation of new labor tools,the improvement of new infrastructures and the rise of new workers can promote the construction of the discipline of IRM,while the construction of the discipline of scientific research,technological innovation,industrial upgrade and talent cultivation of IRM can also empower the development of NQPF.Therefore,under the perspective of the development of NQPF,the construction of the discipline of IRM should be based on scientific research,technological innovation as the core,industrial upgrade as the key,and talent training as the focus.51 refs.
