摘  要:建立红景天西洋参麦冬胶囊的薄层鉴别方法。采用薄层色谱法对处方中的红景天提取物、西洋参提取物、麦冬提取物、牡蛎提取物进行定性鉴别,并考察鉴别方法的专属性和耐用性。结果表明,在所建立的薄层鉴别方法中能分别鉴别到红景天提取物和西洋参提取物,麦冬提取物和牡蛎提取物可能是因为配方中含有一些结构相似的成分,导致所建立的方法无法准确鉴别。红景天提取物和西洋参提取物建立的鉴别方法,专属性强,耐用性好,检测结果准确可靠,麦冬提取物和牡蛎提取物因为其他成分的干扰,所建立的方法不适用。Establisha thin-layer identification method for Rhodiola rosea American ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus capsules.Thin-layer identification was used to qualitatively identify the extracts of Rhodiola rosea,American ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus,and oyster in the prescription.Investigate the specificity and durability of the identification method.The result showed that in the established thin-layer identification method,Rhodiola rosea extract and American ginseng extract could be identified separately,while Ophiopogon japonicus extract and oyster extract may be due to the presence of some structurally similar components in the formula,which made the established method unable to accurately identify.The identification methods established for Rhodiola rosea extract and American ginseng extract had strong specificity,good durability,and accurate and reliable detection results.However,the methods established for Ophiopogon japonicus extract and oyster extract were not applicable due to interference from other components.
