广西不同产地(春季)八角及八角叶挥发油分析和优株筛选

摘　　要：为开展广西不同产地(春季)八角和八角叶挥发油含量及成分研究,采集广西不同产地的八角和八角枝叶,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油并通过气相色谱(GC)进行挥发油成分的定量分析。结果表明:广西不同产地八角叶挥发油的含量平均值为0.41%~0.67%;八角叶挥发油中龙蒿脑的相对百分含量为0.138%~42.964%;顺式大茴香脑的含量为0.146%~1.214%;大茴香醛的含量为0.028%~11.576%;反式大茴香脑的含量为43.621%~95.405%;八角生果挥发油含量的平均值为1.75%~2.66%;挥发油中龙蒿脑的含量为0.164%~3.945%;顺式大茴香脑的含量为0.051%~0.161%,大茴香醛的含量为0.007%~8.464%;反式大茴香脑的含量为80.399%~97.923%;采用直接晒干和杀青后晒干两种方式对八角果进行处理,提取的八角茴香油的含油量存在一定差异;杀青后八角干果的挥发油含量及挥发油中反式大茴香脑的含量均低于未杀青的八角干果。In order to study the content and components of volatile oil in Illicium verum and its leaves from different regions in Guangxi(spring),the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC.The results showed that the average content of volatile oil in leaves and fruit in Illicium verum was 0.41%-0.67%.The content of estragole in volatile oil of Ilicium verum leaves was 0.138%-42.964%,the content of cis-anisole was 0.146%-1.214%,the content of anisic aldehyde was 0.028%-11.576%,and the content of trans-anisole was 43.621%-95.105%.The average content of volatile oil in fruits in in Ilicium verum was 1.75%-2.66%.The content of estragole was 0.164%-3.945%,the content of cis-anethole was 0.051%-0.161%,the content of anisic aldehyde was 0.007%-8.464%,and the content of trans-anisole was 80.399%-97.923%.The oil content of the extracted illicium verum oil was different by direct drying and drying after killed.The content of volatile oil and the content of trans-anisole in volatile oil of kill out dried Illicium verum fruit were lower than that of dried Illicium verum fruit without green kiled.
