摘  要:研究8种农药在6种蔬菜基质中产生的基质效应。以番茄、韭菜、小葱、芹菜、辣椒、菠菜为研究对象,分别用溶剂和空白基质配制6个浓度水平的8种农药的标准曲线,采用QuEChERS结合GC-MS/MS方法进行测定,以基质峰面积响应与溶剂峰面积响应的比值评估8种农药在6种不同蔬菜基质中产生的基质效应。结果表明,8种农药的溶剂曲线和基质曲线线性良好,相关系数均达到0.99以上,可准确校准数据。不同农药在不同基质中基质效应不同,因此,在实际检测工作中,为减小基质效应造成的数据误差,需要根据待测组分以及待测样品种类选取合适的空白基质配制标准曲线,以确保最终数据的准确性。The matrix effects of8 pesticides in 6 vegetable matrices were studied.Taking tomato,leek,scallion,celery,pepper and spinach as the research objects,standard curves of 8 pesticides prepared at 6 concentration levels using solvents and blank matrices respectively,and were determined by QuEChERS combined with GC-MS/MS method.The matrix effects of 8 pesticides in 6 different vegetable matrices were evaluated based on the ratio of matrix peak area response to solvent peak area response.The results showed that the solvent curves and matrix curves of the 8 pesticides had good linearity,and the correlation coeffcients were all above 0.99,which could accurately calibrate the data.The different pesticides have different matrix effects in different matrices.Therefore,in the actual detection work,in order to reduce the data error caused by the matrix effect,it is necessary to select a suitable blank matrix according to the components to be tested and the type of the analyte to prepare a standard curve to ensure the accuracy of final data.
