摘  要:建立一种检测辣椒中4种农药残留的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,分散固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定,外标法定量。结果表明,辣椒样品中的4种农残均能被有效检测到, 4种农药的检出限为0.002~0.01 mg/kg,在5.0~300 ng/mL线性范围内,吡虫啉和啶虫脒三水平加标浓度为0.0025, 0.005和0.05mg/kg,噻虫嗪和噻虫胺三水平加标浓度为0.01, 0.02和0.10mg/kg,吡虫啉和啶虫脒回收率为79.2%~108.8%,精密度为0.80%~8.70%,噻虫嗪和噻虫胺回收率为64.6%~103%,精密度为2.62%~9.62%。实际样品的阳性检测率达33.8%。该方法具有高度的灵敏度和准确性,为辣椒类农产品的检测提供重要参考。A method for the detection of four pesticide residues in chili peppers was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified byersive solid phase extraction,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The external standard method was used for quantification.The showed that the four pesticides in chili pepper samples could be effectively detected.The detection limits of the four pesticides were 0.002-0.0 mg/kg.In the linear range of 5.0-300 ng/mL,the spiked concentrations of imidacloprid and acetamrid at three levels were 0.0025,0.005 and 0.05 mg/kg,and the spiked concentrations of thiamethoxam and clothianidin at three levels were 0.01,0.02 and 0.10 mg/kg.The recovery rates of imidacloprid and acetamiprid were 79.2%-18.8%,with a precision of 0.80%-8.70%.The recovery rates of thiamethoxam and clothianid were 64.6%-103%,with a precision of 2.62%-9.62%.The positive detection rate of actual samples was 33.8%.The method was highly sensitive and accurate,providing an important reference for the detection of chili pepperagricultural products.
