摘  要:酶作为生物体和细胞生命活动的重要驱动力之一,在生物体新陈代谢、信号传导和疾病发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。酶活性的发生多基于催化反应的过程,基于催化反应的酶活性检测的荧光探针因能准确表征酶活性,近年来受到广泛关注。与传统方法相比,通过荧光探针检测生物体内的酶活性,具有快捷、准确且能实时监测酶活性动态变化的特点,已在临床诊断、药物筛选乃至植物研究中都展现了巨大的应用前景。本综述介绍基于催化反应的酶活性检测的荧光探针,并对其在不同领域的应用情况进行归纳总结和研究展望,以期为其深度开发和应用提供参考和借鉴。Enzyme,as one of the important driving forces of life activities in organisms and cells,plays a crucial role in metabolism,signal transduction and disease occurrence and development in organisms.The occurrence of enzyme activity is often based on the process of catalytic reaction.Therefore,fluorescence probe for enzyme activity detection based on catalytic reactions has attracted widespread attention in recent years because it can accurately characterize enzyme activity.Compared with traditional methods,the detection of enzyme activity in organisms by fluorescence probe has the characteristics of being fast,accurate and capable of real-time monitoring of the dynamic changes in enzyme activity,which has shown great application prospects in clinical diagnosis,drug screening and even plant research.In this review,fluorescence probe for enzyme activity detection based on catalytic reaction was introduced,its applications in different fields were summarized,and research prospects were proposed,with the aim of providing reference for depth development and application.
