穴结探析

摘　　要：在中医学中,“结”是无形邪气与有形物质发生病理反应的产物,经络系统中腧穴内结节、条索等被认为是该产物,但此对于穴结的认识并不够全面。“结”非邪侵即成,其是在正邪斗争过程中有形之物与无形邪气日久交织结聚而成的病理产物。其在穴内有散结、聚结两种形式,因其常碍气血运行而引发痹证,进而影响机体活动,故探“结”之所在以解之在临床诊疗中尤为重要。在相关文献基础上,从穴结释义、病理表现、病机、针下感及临床运用等方面进行阐述,以期为临床针刺提供指导和理论依据。In traditional Chinese medicine,"knot"is the products of the pathological reaction between invisible evil and tangible substances,the nodules,strips,etc.in the acupoints of meridian system are considered to be the products,but this understanding of the acupoint knots is not comprehensive enough.The"knot"is not evil invasion only,it is the pathological products of tangible substances and invisible evil intertwining longly in the process of the struggle between healthy qi and evil.In the acupoints,it has two forms of scattered knot and gathering knot.Because it often obstructs the circulation of qi and blood and causes the obstruction syndrome,further affects the body activity,therefore it is especially important to explore the location of the“knot”and solve it in clinical diagnosis and treatment.On the basis of relevant literatures,this paper elaborates the acupoint kont interpretation,pathological manifestations,pathogenesis,sensation under the needle and clinical application,in order to provide guidance and theoretical basis for the clinical acupuncture.
