摘 要:为降低筇竹细长槽开切的开切面的表面粗糙度和消耗功率,采用单因素试验和Box-Behnken响应面试验,详细剖析了竹节个数、刀具齿数、进给速度对表面粗糙度和消耗功率的影响。研究结果表明,竹节个数、刀具齿数与进给速度对开切筇竹细长槽表面粗糙度的影响不显著;消耗功率随竹节个数的增加而增大,随进给速度的增大而降低,两者对消耗功率产生显著影响,刀具齿数对消耗功率的单独影响不显著。建议在实际生产中,选择竹节个数较少的筇竹,设定刀具进给速度300 cm/min进行细长槽的开切,以降低消耗功率并获得较好的加工表面质量。In order to reduce the surface roughness and power consumption of the open section of Qiongzhu,the effects of the number of bamboo joints,the number of tool teeth and the feed speed on the surface roughness and power consumption were analyzed in detail by single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface test.The results showed that the number of bamboo joints,the number of tool teeth and the feed speed had no significant effects on the surface roughness of the long slot.The power consumption increases with the increase of the number of bamboo joints,and decreases with the increase of feed speed.Both have a significant effect on the power consumption,and the influence of the number of tool teeth on the power consumption is not significant.It is suggested to select the bamboo with fewer segments and set the feed speed of 300cm/min to cut the elongate slot in order to reduce the power consumption and obtain better surface quality.
