摘　　要：板式家具的高度定制化是智能制造的重要标志,同时,智能制造工厂也是实现工业4.0的重要组成部分,在板式定制家具的生产制造管理系统升级过程中,为解决定制家具业务流程繁琐,生产管理难度大,生产过程不清晰,物料齐套混乱等问题,多以ERP与MES双系统结合为主,实现智能制造升级,构建以物料管理、订单管理、计划管理、生产过程管理、仓储管理为主的整体系统,以此解决工程从接单环节到出货环节的流程化作业,但企业间的自身条件不尽相同,系统的落实效果决定了智能化升级的质量,信息化升级的构建实施效果对提高板式定制家具企业生产力及市场竞争力有重要的意义。The high degree of customization of panel furniture is an important symbol of intelligent manufacturing.At the same time,intelligent manufacturing factories are also an important component of achieving Industry 4.0.In the process of upgrading the production and manufacturing management system of panel furniture,in order to solve the problems of complicated business processes,difficult production management,unclear production processes,and chaotic material sets,the combination of ERP and MES dual systems is mainly used to achieve intelligent manufacturing upgrades,and to build an overall system with material management,order management,planning management,production process management,and warehouse management as the main focus,in order to solve the process operation of engineering from order acceptance to shipment.However,the implementation effect of the system determines the quality of intelligent upgrades due to the different conditions among enterprises,The implementation effect of information technology upgrading is of great significance for improving the productivity and market competitiveness of panel customized furniture enterprises.
