伦理人类学视野下印尼农村妇女的志愿服务与关怀实践研究

摘　　要：基于对爪哇农村妇女参与社区志愿服务的民族志研究,本文认为印尼农村妇女的志愿服务精神与“关怀”的价值理念息息相关。印尼农村妇女志愿者在关怀社区的过程中,逐渐由基层政府的协助者成长为社区活动的发起者和组织者。本文认为关怀实践具有三个方面的公共价值:其一,“关怀”理念为妇女的公共参与提供了合理路径;其二,妇女志愿者的关怀实践促成了妇女社群主体的形成;其三,关怀实践在个人、家庭和社会生活之间创造了多种连接方式,这种连接为当地的社会与政治生活提供了新的可能性。Based on the ethnographic study of the participation of Javanese rural women in community volunteer service,this article argues that the volunteer spirit of Indonesian rural women is closely related to the value concept of“caring”.In the process of caring for the community,women volunteers in rural Indonesia have gradually grown from helpers of the grassroots government to initiators and organizers of community activities.This article holds that the practice of caring has three public values:first,the concept of“caring”provides a reasonable path for women’s public participation;second,the caring practice by women volunteers contributes to the formation of women’s subjectivity in the community;third,the practice of caring creates a variety of connections between the individual,family and social life,which provides new possibilities for local social and political life.
