摘 要:目的探究智力障碍儿童家庭功能与父母性教育素养的特点及关系。方法于2023年11月~2024年4月,随机抽取四川与湖南共185名智力障碍儿童父母作为研究对象,采用电子问卷和纸质问卷两种方式,对智力障碍儿童家庭功能与父母性教育素养进行问卷调查。结果智力障碍儿童家庭亲密度和适应性高于常模,家庭功能以平衡型为主,亲密度和适应性在性别、学历和家庭月收入上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。智力障碍儿童父母性教育素养较好,在性别、学历上存在显著差异(P<0.05)。亲密度和适应性与父母性教育素养显著正相关(P<0.05),适应性对父母性教育素养起正向预测作用。结论智力障碍儿童家庭功能与父母性教育素养存在显著正相关,应充分发挥家庭功能的作用,以促进父母性教育素养的提高。Objective To study the characteristics and relationship between family function of children with intellectual disabilities and parental sexual education literacy.Methods From November 2023 to April 2024,a total of 185 parents of children with intellectual disabilities in Sichuan and Hunan were randomly selected as research subjects,and electronic and paper questionnaires were used to investigate the family function and parental sexual education literacy of children with intellectual disabilities.Results The family cohesion and adaptability of children with intellectual disabilities were higher than the norm,and family function was predominantly balanced,and significant differences in cohesion and adaptability in terms of gender,educational background and monthly family income(P<0.05).Parental sexual education literacy of children with intellectual disabilities was better and significant differences in gender and educational background(P<0.05).The family cohesion and adaptability were significantly and positively associated with parental sexual education literacy and the family adaptability positively predicted parental sexual education literacy(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant positively correlation between family function and parental sexual education literacy among children with intellectual disabilities,and family function should be fully utilized to promote parental sexual education literacy.
