基于AIGC的高职院校朋辈心理辅导模式探索:以娄底职业技术学院为例

摘  要:目的本研究旨在提升高职院校朋辈心理辅导的效果与效率,满足高职学生对个性化心理支持的需求,通过构建基于生成式人工智能(AIGC)的朋辈心理辅导新模式,并对其效果进行为期一年的研究。方法研究时间为2023年9月~2024年6月。使用自编的校园朋辈心理辅导现状调查问卷对1925名在校高职学生进行问卷调查,了解高职学生对朋辈心理服务的满意度、求助意识,以及对改进朋辈心理辅导的建议,并调查全校朋辈心理辅导员的心理工作职业倦怠程度;使用访谈法对15名接受过新模式训练的朋辈辅导员进行访谈,了解其对基于AIGC的朋辈心理辅导模式的满意度;将23名朋辈心理辅导员(男性5人,女性18人)按自愿原则分成实验组和对照组,进行2个月培训后参加校级朋辈心理辅导比赛,比较两组比赛结果。其中实验组8人,每周集体训练1小时,与真人和研究团队构建的朋辈心理辅导智能体进行对练;对照组15人,采用传统训练模式。调查新模式前后的学生心理健康水平、心理宣传和科普活动的效率,以及校园心理危机发生次数的变化。结果接受AIGC训练的朋辈心理辅导员在比赛中得分显著高于未接受AIGC训练的辅导员。全校心理危机事件的发生数显著下降,由2022年的127人次降至2023年的75人次。学生的心理健康水平显著提升。心理活动参与人数相比往年有所上升,心理中心官方视频号和公众号的每周科普作品产出量翻番。80%的朋辈心理辅导员对新模式下的朋辈心理辅导表示满意或非常满意。使用AIGC的朋辈心理辅导员职业倦怠程度显著低于未使用的心理辅导员。经常体验基于AIGC的朋辈心理辅导的同学,求助意识和对朋辈心理辅导的满意度均显著高于没体验过的同学。结论基于AIGC技术的朋辈心理辅导新模式有效地满足了学生对个性化心理支持的需求,并促进了高职院校学生心�Objective This study aimed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of peer psychological counseling in higher vocational colleges and meet the needs of vocational students for personalized psychological support.A new peer psychological counseling model based on Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)was constructed,and a one-year study on its effects was conducted.Methods The research was carried out from September 2023 to June 2024.A self-designed questionnaire on the current situation of campus peer psychological counseling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1925 vocational students in school to understand their satisfaction with peer psychological services,awareness of seeking help,and suggestions for improving peer psychological counseling,and to investigate the degree of burnout of peer psychological counselors in the whole school.The interview method was used to interview 15 peer counselors who had received training in the new model to understand their satisfaction with the AIGC-based peer psychological counseling model.Twenty-three peer psychological counselors(5 males and 18 females)were divided into an experimental group and a control group on a voluntary basis and participated in a school-level peer psychological counseling competition after 2 months of training,and the competition results of the two groups were compared.Among them,there were 8 people in the experimental group,who had 1 hour of collective training per week and practiced with real people and the peer psychological counseling intelligent agent constructed by the research team;there were 15 people in the control group,who adopted the traditional training mode.The mental health level of students before and after the new model,the efficiency of psychological publicity and popular science activities,and the changes in the number of campus psychological crises were investigated.Results The scores of peer psychological counselors who received AIGC training were significantly higher than those of counselors who did not
