人文关怀理念下心理护理对精神分裂症康复期患者社交能力和依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀理念下心理护理对精神分裂症康复期患者社交能力、依从性的影响。方法选取2022年5月~2023年5月本院精神科收治的精神分裂症康复期患者90例,根据随机数字表法按1∶1比例分为对照组(n=45)、研究组(n=45)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施人文关怀理念下心理护理。评价及对比两组的症状改善情况、负性情绪、认知功能及人格特征。结果研究组的症状自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的认知功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的人格特征测试问卷评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症康复期患者实施人文关怀理念下心理护理,不仅可改善其症状与负性情绪,提升其依从性,还可提高其认知能力和社交能力。Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing under the concept of humanistic care on the social skills and compliance of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and a study group(n=45)according to a 1∶1 ratio using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received psychological nursing care under the concept of humanistic care.Evaluate and compare the improvement of symptoms,negative emotions,cognitive function,and personality traits between the two groups.Results The symptom self-assessment scale score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive function score of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The personality trait test questionnaire scores of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing psychological care under the concept of humanistic care for patients in the rehabilitation period of schizophrenia can not only improve their symptoms and negative emotions,enhance their compliance,but also improve their cognitive and social abilities.
