团体心理治疗方法在老年精神分裂症患者治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价团体心理治疗方法治疗老年精神分裂症的效果。方法选取2022年4月~2024年4月本院收治的老年精神分裂症患者78例,抽签法分为两组,各39例。参照组为药物治疗,试验组联合团体心理治疗方法。对比两组的临床症状、社会功能、临床疗效、依从性。正态计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用x2检验。结果治疗后,试验组社会功能评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。与参照组相比,试验组的临床疗效、依从性所得结果比参照组显著更高,试验组临床症状评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论老年精神分裂症临床治疗中,借助于团体心理治疗方案,可有效减轻患者临床症状,提高其社会功能。同时,可提高患者治疗效果,改善其依从性。Objective To evaluate the effect of group psychotherapy on senile schizophrenia.Methods 78 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into two groups with 39 cases each by drawing lots.The reference group was drug therapy,and the experimental group was combined with group psychotherapy.The clinical symptoms,social function,clinical efficacy and compliance of the two groups were compared.T test was used for normal measurement data and x~2 test was used for counting data.Results After treatment,the social function score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the clinical efficacy and compliance of experimental group were significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the clinical symptom score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile schizophrenia,group psychotherapy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their social function.At the same time,it can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve their compliance.
