涂鸦填充绘画联合社交技能训练在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究精神分裂症患者接受涂鸦填充绘画联合社交技能训练的效果。方法选取烟台市莱州荣军医院2021年8月~2023年7月收治的80例精神分裂症患者,根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组、观察组,各40例。其中对照组患者接受常规心理护理,观察组患者在其基础上联合涂鸦填充绘画与社交技能训练。对比两组患者精神症状、认知功能、心理弹性及生活质量。计数资料以x2检验,正态计量资料以t检验。结果干预后,观察组精神症状评分、认知功能评分及生活质量评分均低于对照组,心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。组内对比发现,两组干预后精神症状评分、认知功能评分、生活质量评分均低于干预前,心理弹性评分均高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者接受涂鸦填充绘画联合社交技能训练可显著改善精神症状、认知功能、心理弹性及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of social skills training combined with graffiti filling painting in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 80patients with schizophrenia treated in Laizhou Rongjun Hospital of Yantai from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases according to different nursing methods.Patients in the control group received routine psychological care,and patients in the observation group were combined with graffiti filling painting and social skills training.Mental symptoms,cognitive function,mental resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The count data were analyzed by x2 test,and the normal measurement data were analyzed by t test.Results After intervention,the scores of psychiatric symptom,cognitive function,life quality in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of resilience was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison showed that the scores of mental symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life after intervention were lower than before intervention,and the scores of resilience were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Although routine psychological nursing has clinical application effect,it has certain limitations.The combination of graffiti and social skills training can significantly improve mental symptoms,cognitive function,resilience and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.
