摘　　要：精神分裂症(SZ)目前的诊断方法主要依赖于临床评估和病史,尚缺乏客观的实验室指标。本综述旨在归类分析国内外神经递质、神经发育、免疫炎症及肠脑轴相关的血清学标志物最新研究进展,为精神分裂症的诊治提供新思路。The current diagnostic methods of schizophrenia(SZ) mainly rely on clinical evaluation and medical history, and there is a lack of objective laboratory indicators. The purpose of this review is to classify and analyze the latest research progress on serological markers related to neurotransmitters, neurodevelopment,immune inflammation and gut-brain axis at home and abroad, and to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia.
