摘　　要：学习资源建设是开放教育学习支持服务体系建设的基础。本文总结分析了开放教育历次评估指标体系中资源建设与支持服务的演进,从学术性和非学术两个方面探讨了开放教育数字化学习支持服务体系建设的内容与路径,学术性支持服务体系应以资源支持为核心,非学术支持服务体系应以办学系统为支撑,逐步形成省校职能部门+地市学习中心、线上+线下的全方位立体化支持服务体系。The construction of learning resources is the foundation of the open education learning support service system.This article summarizes and analyzes the evolution of resource construction and support services in the evaluation index system of open education.It explores the content and path of the construction of the digital learning support service system for open education from both academic and non academic perspectives.The academic support service system should be centered on resource support,while the non academic support service system should be supported by the education system,gradually forming a comprehensive and three-dimensional support service system consisting of provincial school functional departments,local learning centers,and online and offline.
