摘　　要：强国必先强师,教师队伍建设是建设教育强国最重要的基础工作。开放大学体系教师队伍具有自身的独特性。通过分析开放大学体系优秀教师的基本特征与发展需求,有利于打造新时代高水平的开放教育教师队伍。要合理确定开放教育体系教师职责,制定符合时代发展要求的培训方案,开展分层级分角色的教师培训,营造教师快速成长的环境。A strong country must first strengthen its teachers,and the construction of the teaching staff is the most important foundation work for building an education strong country.The teaching staff of the open university system has its own uniqueness.The development of the times has put forward new requirements for the construction of the teaching staff.By analyzing the basic characteristics and development needs of excellent teachers in the open university system,it is beneficial to build a high-level open education teacher team in the new era.To reasonably determine the responsibilities of teachers in the open education system,develop training programs that meet the requirements of the times,carry out hierarchical and role based teacher training,and create an environment for teachers to grow rapidly.
