基于人格胜任力行动模型的大学生创新创业能力提升策略探究

摘　　要：本文选用基于人格理论、胜任力理论、行动理论的创新创业能力评价模型对当前大学生创新创业能力进行调查分析,调查结果显示,大学生对于创新创业具有很高的积极性,且大学生具有创造性人格,但是大学生缺乏专业知识,胜任力不足,创新创业能力存在明显“短板”。基于此,本文提出大学生应该积极锻炼心理素质、培养思维能力、掌握专业知识和跨学科知识、并提高知识的应用能力;高校应改善创新创业教育环境、建立和健全创新创业教育教学体系和实践体系;政府和企业应为大学生创造更多的创新创业机会,帮助大学生提升创业能力,实现创业成功。This paper analyzes the current college students'innovative entrepreneurial ability based on innovative entrepreneurial ability evaluation model constructed on the theory of personality,competence,and action.According to the survey results,college students has high enthusiasm and creative personality,but lack of professional knowledge and competence.The paper proposes that college students should actively exercise psychological quality,cultivate thinking ability,master professional knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge,and improve knowledge application ability.Universities should improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education environment,establish and improve the teaching system and practice system.The government and enterprises should create more opportunities for college students to help college students to enhance entrepreneurial ability and realize entrepreneurial success.
