摘　　要：跨专业教育(IPE)和模拟医学教育是培养医学生综合能力的有效途径,将医学模拟课程融入IPE模式,可促进医学生掌握临床操作技能,提升跨专业协作能力和团队意识,最终提高医务工作团队的整体效能。本文将分析IPE和模拟医学课程的发展现状,阐述融合的必要性,并探讨在课程设计、师资队伍、评估体系等方面面临的挑战。同时,我们将以实际案例为基础,提出基于IPE的“医学模拟”课程实施方案,并展望其未来发展方向,旨在为推动我国医学教育改革、培养高素质医务工作者提供理论支持和实践借鉴。Interprofessional education(IPE)and simulated medical education are effective ways to cultivate the comprehensive abilities of medical students.Integrating simulated medical courses into the IPE model can help medical students master clinical operation skills,enhance interprofessional collaboration and team awareness,and ultimately improve the overall effectiveness of the medical work team.This article analyzes the development status of IPE and simulated medical courses,explains the necessity of integration,and explores the challenges in curriculum design,faculty,and evaluation systems.At the same time,we propose an implementation plan for medical simulation courses based on IPE and actual cases,and look forward to its futural development direction.Our purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for promoting medical education reform in our country and cultivating high-quality medical workers.
