摘　　要：lncRNA在转录、转录后水平或表观遗传途径中调节基因表达,在肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、凋亡和代谢等方面发挥重要作用。随着研究的不断进展,人们发现了越来越多由lncRNA编码的人类微蛋白,目前这些新兴蛋白的完整功能表征还有待研究。该文主要对lncRNA编码的小整合膜蛋白SMIMs家族在肿瘤发生、发展中的功能及部分机制的研究进展进行综述。Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)regulate gene expression at the transcriptional,post-transcriptional,or epigenetic levels,and play crucial roles in tumor cell proliferation,invasion,apoptosis,and metabolism.With ongoing research,an increasing number of human microproteins encoded by lncRNAs have been discovered,although their complete functional characterization remains to be explored.This article reviews the research progress on the functions and partial mechanisms of the small integral membrane protein(SMIM)family encoded by lncRNAs in tumor initiation and progression.
