摘  要:校长学习领导力强调校长领导与学生学习成效之间的紧密连结,是近年来备受教育领导理论关注的新议题。本文运用自编的中小学校长学习领导力现况问卷,调查教师知觉校长学习领导力的现况和不同组别教师对校长学习领导力的知觉差异情形。结果表明,中小学教师对校长学习领导力整体感知比较高,认同程度良好;教师任职年限为11年以上、年龄在30岁以上、学历本科及以下、兼任学校行政职务的教师对校长学习领导力整体的知觉程度较高,且男教师对校长学习领导力的知觉程度高于女教师;学校所属区域和类型对校长学习领导力产生一定的影响。校长学习领导力的提升,既需要校长持续以学生学习为核心来拓展学习领导的密度和宽度,宜多与未兼任行政职务的年轻教师沟通以强化学习领导作为,又需要校长在实施学习领导力时兼顾学校境脉,灵活、恰当地制定学习领导的策略。In recent years, the leadership for learning of principals has become a new topic that has received much attention from the theory of educational leadership, which emphasizes the link between the principal leadership and the students' learning results.The study used self-designed questionnaire to understand the current situation of teachers' perception of principals' leadership for learning and the difference of teachers' perception of principals' leadership for learning in different groups. The results indicate that primary and secondary school teachers have a relatively high overall perception of the principals' leadership for learning and a good level of identification;teachers who are more than 11 serving years, older than 30, bachelor degree or less, as the chief of department in schools were with higher degree of principals' leadership for learning;and male teachers have a higher perception of the principals' leadership for learning than female teachers;the region and type of school have a certain influence on principals' leadership for learning. To improve leadership for learning of principals, it is necessary for principals to continuously focus on students' learning as the core, expand the density and width of leadership for learning, communicate with young teachers who do not concurrently hold administrative positions, and strengthen leadership for learning. At the same time, it should consider the school context when implementing leadership for learning to flexibly and appropriately formulate strategies of leadership for learning.
