摘  要:本文系统总结了植物中硒元素赋存的主要形态,介绍了富硒植物中各种硒形态的提取净化技术,对比了不同提取富集方法的优缺点。综述了植物中各种硒形态常用的6种不同的分离检测技术,分析了每种方法的优缺点,并对常用方法进行总结归纳,同时对今后植物中硒形态的提取富集检测技术发展方向和挑战进行了展望。This paper summarized the main forms of selenium in plants,introduced the extraction and purification technolo⁃gies of various selenium forms in selenium-rich plants,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different extrac⁃tion and enrichment methods.In this paper,6 different separation and detection techniques for various selenium forms in plants were reⅥewed,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed,and the common methods were sum⁃marized.Meanwhile,the development direction and challenges of the extraction and enrichment detection technology for se⁃lenium forms in plants were prospected.
