QuEChERS Combined with GC-ECD Method for the Determination of Polychlorinated Biphenyls Residues in Dietary Supplements

摘  要:本研究旨在建立一种通过全自动QuEChERS技术提取保健品中的多氯联苯,并结合气相色谱分析测定保健食品中多氯联苯残留的方法。样品经粉碎后,通过全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统提取其中的多氯联苯残留,经ZB-1701色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离,再通过配备ECD检测器的气相色谱仪测定,使用内标法定量。多氯联苯各组分均在20分钟前出峰,分离度高,标曲线性良好(R2>0.99),方法检出限为0.11~0.15μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.38~0.49μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率范围在71.2%~85.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%~6.5%。该方法便捷高效,实验用时少,灵敏度高,节省人工成本,净化效果明显,适用于保健食品中多氯联苯残留量的检测。The objective of the research was to establish a method that extracts polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)from di⁃etary supplements using automatic QuEChERS technology and determines PCB residues by gas chromatography analysis.After the samples are crushed,the PCB residues are extracted by an automatic QuEChERS sample preparation system,sepa⁃rated by a ZB-1701 chromatographic column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),determined by gas chromatography with an elec⁃tron capture detector(ECD),and quantified by the internal standard method.All components of PCBs peaked before 20 minutes,with high separation and good linearity of standard curves(R2>0.99).The detection limit of the method was 0.11-0.15μg•kg^(-1),the quantification limit was 0.38-0.49μg•kg^(-1).The recovery rate was 71.2%-85.6%with the relative stan⁃dard deviation(RSD)of 1.1-6.5%.The method is convenient,efficient,time-saving,highly sensitive,labor-saving and highly purified.It is suitable for the detection of PCB residues in dietary supplements.
