“资源-主体-关系”:乡村女性经济精英公共参与的促进机制

摘　　要：乡村女性经济精英的公共参与在全面推进乡村振兴、扩大有序政治参与进程中占据重要地位。基于合作生产理论,构建“资源—主体—关系”分析框架,探究乡村女性经济精英公共参与的促进机制,发现行动主体多样化的资源需求是乡村女性经济精英公共参与的前提,具有互补性的资源优势是其实现合作生产的客观条件。乡村女性经济精英在与政府、村民、村集体等行动主体的合作生产中,扮演参与性生产者与消费性生产者双重角色,形成互利互益的经济合作关系与政治合作关系,并且二者之间呈现明显的“经济—政治”互促特征。未来须从发挥主体独特性的资源优势、强化合作关系的稳定性、增强政治吸纳的适应性方面着手,进一步增进女性经济精英公共参与的效能。The public participation of rural female economic elites is significant for the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization and the expansion of orderly political participation.Drawing on the theory of cooperative production,this study constructs an analytical framework of“resources-agents-relationships”to explore the mechanisms that promote the public participation of rural female economic elites.It finds that the diverse resource needs of the agents are prerequisites for their public participation,and the complementary nature of resource advantages serves as an objective condition for achieving cooperative production.In cooperative production with the government,villagers,and village collectives,rural female economic elites play dual roles as participatory and consumptive producers,forming mutually beneficial economic and political cooperative relationships.These relationships exhibit a distinct“economic-political”mutual reinforcement.Future efforts should focus on leveraging the unique resource advantages of the actors,strengthening the stability of cooperative relationships,and enhancing the adaptability of political inclusion to further improve the efficacy of public participation by female economic elites.
