摘　　要：“民族国家”范式由威斯特伐利亚体系奠定,构成当代国际关系和国际传播的主导叙事。然而,全球化进程的波浪式推进,非国家行为体的影响力增强,以及“全球南方”的群体性崛起,导致单一“民族国家”范式及其零和博弈逻辑,特别是西方单一现代性叙事及其内含的文明等级秩序日渐式微。立足中国历史与社会语境的“文明范式”,兼具动态性、静态性以及竞合性等多重特征,推动国际传播研究实现范式转型。该范式超越传统二元对立和等级结构思维,审视多元文明内部的融合与演进历程,拓展文明交流互鉴之可能路径。一个国际传播的“文明范式”应包含时间、空间、主体、媒介四维度,而“全球南方”更为超越北方中心主义,探讨文明性与南方性的互构关系提供了更为丰富的理论想象力,“文明范式”的兴起将为具有中国特色的国际传播实践转型提供重要理论支撑。The nation-state paradigm,established by the Westphalian system,has long served as the dominant narrative in contemporary international relations and global communication.However,the wave-like advancement of globalization,the growing influence of non-state actors,and the collective rise of the“Global South”have led to the decline of the singular nation-state paradigm and its zero-sum logic,particularly the Western-centric modernity narrative and its embedded civilization hierarchy.Rooted in China’s historical and social context,the civilization paradigm embodies dynamic,static,and competitive-cooperative characteristics,driving a paradigm shift in international communication studies.This paradigm transcends traditional binary oppositions and hierarchical structures,instead examining the integration and evolution of diverse civilizations while expanding possible pathways for civilization exchange and mutual learning.A civilization paradigm for international communication should encompass four dimensions:time,space,subject,and media.The“Global South”,in particular,provides a perspective that moves beyond Northern-centrism,offering a richer theoretical imagination for exploring the interconnectedness of civilization and Southern identity.The rise of the civilization paradigm will thus provide theoretical support for transforming China’s international communication practices.
