摘  要:为了研究径向载荷变化对风电齿轮箱轴承故障动态特性的影响规律,建立了基于ABAQUS的轴承动力学模型。首先从运动学角度出发,以轴承滚子公转周期为指标,验证了轴承仿真模型的准确性;然后通过对比内、外圈故障特征频率的仿真值、理论值和试验值,进一步验证了轴承故障模型准确性;最后,基于此模型分析了径向载荷变化对典型故障特征参数的影响。研究表明:随着径向载荷的增大,峰峰值和均方根值均呈现增大趋势,且峰峰值增速远大于均方根值,波形因子对故障不敏感,峭度因子变化规律复杂。In order to study the influence of radial load change on the dynamic characteristics of wind turbine gearbox bearing fault,a bearing dynamic model based on ABAQUS is established.Firstly,from the perspective of kinematics,taking the revolution period of bearing roller as the index,the accuracy of bearing simulation model is verified;then,by comparing the simulation value,theoretical value and experimental value of inner and outer ring fault characteristic frequency,the accuracy of bearing fault model is further verified;finally,based on this model,the influence of radial load variation on typical fault characteristic parameters is analyzed.The research shows that with the increase of radial load,the peak-peak value and root mean square value show an increasing trend,and the growth rate of peak-peak value is much greater than root mean square value.The waveform factor is not sensitive to fault,and the variation law of kurtosis factor is complex.
