康宜兵教授从肺脾肝论治慢性非萎缩性胃炎的经验

摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们的饮食结构越来越多样,饮食习惯越来越不健康,我国慢性非萎缩性胃炎(Chronic non-atrophic gastritis, CNAG)的患病率越来越高。康宜兵教授认为CNAG的发病主要与肺脾肝三脏相关,其关键病机是气机失调,肺卫郁闭、肺失宣降,脾胃虚弱、纳运失调,肝郁气滞、肝失疏泄,均可导致全身气机失常;在临床上多以中国古代哲学的精气学说、阴阳五行学说及脏腑经络学说为理论基础,以宣肺透表、调和脾胃、疏肝理气为治法,四诊合参、辨证论治,通常可以取得良好的疗效。With the development of living standards,people's diet structure was more diversified.However,their dietary habits were less healthy,leading to an increasing prevalence of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)in China.Professor KANG believed that CNAG was mainly related to the lung,spleen and liver,and its key pathogenesis was the disordered qi activity.Qi movement disorder in the whole body could be the result of the fllowing:lung defense depression,impairment of purifying and descending function of the lung,deficiency of spleen and stomach,maladjustment of transportation,liver qi stagnation,and liver's failure in governing the free flow of qi.Clinically,based on the essential qi theory of ancient Chinese philosophy,the theory of yin-yang and the five elements,as well as the viscera and meridians theory,treatment was given by dispersing the lung,releasing the exterior,regulating and harmonizing the spleen and stomach,as well as soothing the liver and regulating qi.With the combination of the four diagnostic methods,treatment based on pattern identification normally leads to ideal outcomes.
